Frequently Asked Questions

An OC maker is a tool for designing original characters (OCs) — unique characters you invent for stories, roleplay, games, or art. Harpy Hare OC Maker uses AI so you can pick traits and generate a full-body character sheet in about 10 seconds.

Yes. Core image generation is free and unlimited for normal use. You can design and download OCs without paying. Optional credit packs on the pricing page are for premium features when available.

No. You can open the playground or any /create maker and generate right away — no email, no login wall, no credit card.

Harpy Hare is a popular folk-inspired song and aesthetic by Yaelokre that sparked a wave of hybrid bird–hare original characters. This site started as a free AI maker for that look and grew into a full OC maker directory for many fandoms, species, and styles.

Open the playground or a themed maker under All OC Makers. Pick character type, traits, accessories, and an art style (or write your own prompt), then hit Generate. Download the image when you like the result — or iterate until it matches your vision.

Reuse the same prompt anchors (species, silhouette, palette, signature accessory) and style each time. Save prompts you like from the Prompts page, or copy a community image prompt from Explore.

Trait chips cover species/hybrid mix, ears, wings, outfit, palette, and more, plus 45+ art styles (anime, chibi, fantasy, 3D, pixel art, and others). Themed /create pages preload niche options for fandoms and creature types.

Visit the Prompts library for ready-to-use OC prompts, or Explore for community creations. Each prompt links back into the generator so you can remix it in one click.

You may use generated images for personal projects, portfolios, and non-commercial sharing. For commercial licensing or brand use, contact us via the form on the homepage so we can confirm terms for your case.

Yes. Download and share on social media, Discord, or fan communities. Signed-in users can also contribute images that may appear in the Explore gallery for others to browse.

No. Harpy Hare OC Maker and fandom-themed makers are unofficial and fan-made. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Yaelokre or any trademark holders. Prompts use descriptive style language rather than copying protected characters.
